Amazon‘s 10th Prime Day is almost here and it’s gearing up to be one of the retailer’s biggest deals events ever. Amazon kicked everything off last week with the help of Megan thee Stallion, who starred in a promo announcing the dates of Prime Day 2024 with a new music video and original song called “It’s Prime Day.” So, when is Prime Day 2024? The two-day deals event will officially kick off on July 16 at 12:01 a.m. PT through July 17 at 12:01 a.m. PT. During these 48 hours, Amazon will be churning out millions of exclusive deals for Amazon Prime members. To snag the best deals, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial to Amazon Prime here.
Ahead of the event, Prime members can also request an invitation to access Invite-only deals—exclusive Prime Day deals expected to sell out—including up to 40% off Sony Wireless Headphones and up to 30% off Peloton products.
Prime members can also shop Megan’s Prime Day picks inspired by her different interests featured in the music video. This includes Megan Thee Cosplayer’s favorite beauty products, Megan Thee Chef’s favorite kitchen gadgets, Megan Thee Unboxer’s favorite home products, Megan Thee Stylist’s favorite pet products, Megan Thee Lifeguard’s summer fashion picks and Megan Thee Gamer’s favorite gaming accessories. Also leading up to Prime Day, each day from July 8 – July 15, other influencers like Jess Sims, Alyssa McKay, Monet McMichael, Jared McCain, Millie Bobby Brown, Meredith Duxbury, and Alix Earle will drop exciting deals on trending brands like Dyson Beauty, Peloton and Youth to the People. Aside from celebrity storefronts, the deals event will feature hundreds of sales on entertainment, tech, home goods, fitness and fashion — all in one place. We’re already seeing huge price slashes on Apple devices such as AirPods, Macbooks, iPads and Apple Watches; Amazon devices like Roku Sticks, Fire TVs and Echo Dots; and coveted home goods like Dyson vacuums and Nespresso machines. We’re particularly excited about sales in home entertainment. Premium soundbars from brands like Sonos and JBL are seeing significant price drops, in addition to projectors, projector screens and smart TVs. And gamers, worry not: consoles such as the PS5 and Nintendo Switch also boast steep discounts.
Check back in here on July 16 to check out the best Prime Day deals, and make sure you have a Prime account to take advantage of the best deals.
