Frasers Centrepoint Trust—a REIT controlled by Thai beer-to-property billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi—is taking full ownership of the Northpoint City shopping complex in the northern Singapore town of Yishun by buying the south wing of the malls from its main shareholder.
